Why StocktonWeddings.com?

StocktonWeddings.com was created to provide local area brides with information on vendors in their local area. The National websites do not service our San Joaquin Valley brides very well, as you may have noticed. When you put in your zip code, they highlight the highest paying vendors first, even though they may not really be in the San Joaquin Valley. Most often they are in the larger markets like the Bay Area or even father away than that. Bridal shows are nice, but they often have only limited vendors or push you through like cattle to gather information in a limited amount of time. They are necessary, but they have time and location restrictions.

We wanted to make Stockton Weddings a totally different experience. Our goal was to have all of the benefits of a bridal show, but without any of the drawbacks. The result is what we call a "365 day-a-year" online bridal show. You get to organize your searches by the vendor category you choose, and then look at the various vendors in each category. Besides all of their contact information, each vendor has a short video clip showcasing their services, much like if you had stopped by their booth at a bridal show.

Besides all of the bridal show stuff, we wanted to showcase local brides and their weddings. If you are a local bride, and you are using one of our vendors, they can sponsor a short video presentation of your wedding. If you have a short version of your wedding, that works, or a montage of your pictures set to music would work also. You can even submit a paragraph or two about your wedding day. This give you the opportunity to tell all of your friends and family anywhere in the world to go to Stockton Weddings to see your wedding clip, and share your excitement for your wedding day with others that are getting married.

The site continues to evolve, and we will feature articles and stories in this blog section of the site, in order to give you insight and perspective on planning your wedding and enjoying the entire experience of getting married.
